Pre-booking

Are there any special discounts/deals that you offer?

Can I smoke and consume alcohol inside the limo?

No. Smoking is not permitted inside any of our vehicles - although a stop can be pre-arranged so please let us know. Alcohol can be consumed inside the limo but we do have a limit. Only 1 case of beer or alco-pops, 4 bottles of wine or champagne or one bottle of spirit.

Is Essex the only area you cover?

On occasions we do venture out of the county and have been known to cover areas that surround Essex, such as Hertfordshire & Kent. We can also cover areas within the M25.

How much does a limo cost?

So many different factors go into this - Where are you heading? Is it a one way trip? Give us a call or complete the contact form here, give us as many details about your requirements as you can and one of our friendly staff will get back to you with a tailor made quote.

How many passengers do your stretch limos take?

Our limousines can hold a maximum of 8 people.

What events do you cater for?

Any occasion you can think of we're pretty certain we've covered it. Instead of trying to list them all, the following are the most common ones. Birthday, wedding, anniversary, sport event, hen and stag do, theatre, concert, ascot, school prom, airport transfer, theme park trip, mothers day and fathers day.

Booking

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, we require a minimum deposit of £40 upon booking. The balance is then payable no later than 2 weeks prior to the hire date.

Post-booking

Is there a cancellation fee?

The deposit is non returnable and will be forfeited in the event of cancellation by the hirer. If the hirer cancels or postpones the agreed hire date within 7 working days of the aforesaid hire date, the entire agreed hire sum will be payable.

What if my flight is delayed?

We make sure we have all your details before you leave. On the day of pick up we will check your flight details with the necessary airport and make sure we are there for your return, whenever that is.
